Relationships
Main Description

In order to ensure the correctness of the documented processes and training artifacts; it is imperative for the Service Delivery Processes Lead to share these with key stakeholders both Capgemini and Client for verification and validation.

Verification from the stakeholders should ensure that the documented process artifacts are as per the agreed workflow and training requirements, there by negating any chance of passing incorrect information to Capgemini and Client support teams during the process training sessions of by means of the documentation that would be made available to the team for their offline reference. This should also secure that the requirements passed to the tools Subject Matter Experts are correct and aligned as per the agreed process flows.

The Service Delivery Processes Lead should plan for these verification periods when drafting the plans for process implementation as it would be highly risky to proceed without stakeholder verification and might lead to rework and may add unplanned delays to the overall transition.

Any delays in seeking response to the verification requests needs to be escalated through the Engagement Manager (Transition)  and discussed in the transition status review meeting to keep both Capgemini and Client leadership aware about the dependencies, as necessary.
